I came across this product about three years ago and I thought I could not recover my deleted (accidentally) photos, but STELLAR did the miracle of recovering my photos then, a second time last year and today. Their Customer Service is outstanding, knowledgeable, with a lot patience ( my technical skills are not something to brag about)!!! But don't think about twice, STELLAR will solve your issue of accidental file delete!

Stellar Professional Lifetime is the best and the best value for money, I needed to recover data that disappeared (the size of the data was shown in HDD properties but no file) but it was recoverable with Stellar. Stellar support is great and quick. Overall, it is reliable and easy to use, and I would recommend it for data recovery needs.

I have had the greatest difficulty in accessing the product that i purchased years ago, but have never enjoyed. Time and time again over the years i have attempted to access the product, without any success. It has been a nagging aggravation that i have not been able to address because due to personal issues of a significant nature. Today, i decided i'd try to find resolution and it came through the diligent and persistent assistance provided by tech representative Mayur. This is not my first call, email, or chat, but i must say it is the most satisfying interaction with Stellar representatives I have encountered in my tenure as a customer. The resolution, (a new updated key) turned an impossible situation into a service success. I am thankful that my diminished faith was restored by someone as skillful and resourceful as Mayur. Because of Mayur I look forward to future interactions with Stellar. The tech assistants were good before, but Mayur is a definite upgrade. Thank you Sir! Best regards Gregg

Your software is excellent. I just recently was able to recover a failing Seagate 4TB Internal HDD which I used years ago in a NAS setup. I was worried that i would lose all my files. It had any photos and videos of it particularly family memories. The drive health was less than 5%. I was able to recover 70% of the data.
