I had a difficult issue is installing the product. But Priyabrata Swain was instrumental in solving all my problems and the product is now working. It was a pleasure to work with him as he was extremely knowledgeable and very patient with me.

Still in the middle in getting Stellar Repair for Excel to work on my machine but so far, the customer service via chat has been a pleasure to deal with. They are very helpful and really try to solve my issue.

The software itself did not solve my issue - in fact, it recovered a blank page with one area of incomprehensible garbage. BUT, when I contacted customer service, I sent them the damaged file and a back up file from years ago. They went through the files manually and recovered 90+% of my book library. I could not be more pleased with that. I was not looking forward to re-entering over 5000 books and was pretty devastated. In the end, Stellar Repair saved my day and they were my heroes. So the software not so good, but the customer service is the best!
