The software worked well and it had a problem with my Outlook 32 Bit version trying to install the needed additional component and the tech support was accessed remotely and it went well. The technician knew his job.

phone call with technical support was difficult to understand and hear as the call was regularly breaking up which made the call even harder to understand. product is great and works well.

Very helpful support staff, software easy enough to use for recovering mailboxes. Stellar Repair for Exchange was very helpful to recover the mailboxes to PST from a severely corrupted EDB file. Though i have used it once but it worked like a charm. Highly recommended software. Support is amazing as well.
