I purchased the Corporate version and then found out that I needed the Technician Version. Although I was not able to upgrade, support was able to refund me so I could purchase the Technician Version immediately. I also had a couple of bumps in the road during configuration, but Neha Nagpal with Chat Support was able to walk me through step by step.
