Refused to give a refund. Software didn't recover my deleted records, I assumed (wrongly) the paid version would, but no. THEY NEVER refund. Very very slow responses from their support. They basically stole £400+ from me. DO NOT DEAL with this company, completely unethical.

The service was fast and without any problems. Thanks to Ashish He worked quickly and took care of it. The fact that I had to use the service first was the less pleasant part. Unfortunately, we had enormous problems simply activating the license, which definitely needs to be worked on. The license is expensive so it should also work if you want to activate it. That in itself doesn't earn a star.

I brought Stellar Repair for MS SQL Technician which consist of three products. 1. Stellar Repair for MS SQL 2. Stellar Password Recovery for MS SQL 3. Stellar Backup Extractor for MS SQL Stellar Repair for MS SQL is fair but for the Stellar Backup Extractor for MS SQL, it is slower as it don't process job in parallel. And either way, I don't see both products maximized the compute power. Perhaps, this a room for improvement. The customer support, Sanket has been helpful in clarify my doubt.
