Purchased the product last year and was very pleased. It does the job! Was charged for a renewal today which I do not remember setting up an auto renewal - but Customer Service and Refund Team are excellent team. Few minutes after speaking with Customer Service received an email confirming that refund is started. Last year, for the product is self - I will be honest, I was impressed. Thank you!

I have had issue with support and major issues with licensing the product. I chatted with Sanket with their support and that was finally helpful. Assuming I will get this license issue figured out, I will raise my Customer Service rating because I was impressed with Sanket performance. I wish they had easier paths to get support, but if I need support form now on chat is where I will turn

Not resolved. The same error in stellar software like some years ago. It is not good software it is good way to have big monay for you
