For the price, the interface and options and especially the documentation could be better. The personal second level support was excellent, though, and solved the issues with restoring to a database directly. Documentation did not offer the solution, so without the support, there would have been no chance to get it to work. Results of the database repair - only by restoring to a db directly, the data - mostly varbinary - could be recovered to a state, where the frontend and backend of the application was accessible again. Still, there was a lot of additional repair work to be done, repairing tables and data types. At first, only metadata of forum threads and posts was there, no content. I was able to restore the table with the posts from an earlier SQL-export from the Stellar repair software. So both methods had their use case and lead to success in combination. The challenge was not to only get raw data, but to get the whole forum to run again. That made it extra tricky. Also, I want to add, that out of the apps that were in the crashed database server, the forum was the only one, that ended up restorable. It was the most crucial one, though, so I am content with the outcome in the end.

Great service, because in the documentation there are points not very clear. Also in the previous version there have been some problems. Version was updated and with the help of the service I was able to correct databases.
