I purchased this tool to repair my corrupt video files which were 4K files with audio and some of them were slow motion footages, the files with the audio were pixelating, and the audio was crinkling in the middle, which was almost unusable for me in the project. Moving forward to the slow motion footages those were no more slow motion. It was converted into normal footages, which was again unusable for me in the project. However, I would like to appreciate the customer service department as they listen to my problem and reacted. Accordingly, I asked them for the refund as it did not worked for me rejecting the refund. They told they will repair the video from Menu method on their end and verify whether I am trustable and genuine person or not, which is okay for me, thank you.
