Non-existant customer service

Ordered a softshell jacket, they sent the wrong size. I've tried to arrange and exchange however there's been no response from emails, calls, voicemail or webchat for a week.

Hi Vis 2 Tone Bomber Jacket Po No:10032021

Question, when designing a jacket for use in bad weather does anyone involved in the design actually talk to customers on site, or actually wear one in the rain?
The jacket in question, Hi Vis Bomber 10032021 was purchased because it is manufactured in the UK (I hope) and is a good looking item with most items that outdoor people want. That is, design, sizes, fit. The function side could be better by putting a cuff in the sleeves to keep the wind out, a little detail but can mean a lot. A secret pocket on the inside of the water proof membrane (outside of the zip) to keep a wallet or bank cards dry and accessible without having to open the zip.
But, the biggest mistake are the outside pockets on each side 😟, who in their right mind would design and fit open pockets to a hi vis jacket that can fill up with rainwater while working outside?
It is a pity that a designer somewhere doesn’t talk to members of the public before finalising a design of a jacket that is worn by thousands of people everyday.

Paid for next day delivery for 29th April not arriving til 3rd May where's my refund for delivery

I have purchased reusable masks which I know are fabulous but Sadly to say despite paying for next day delivery (that was today) my order didn't arrive. Despite emails and online message I have had no reply regarding my orders delivery other than its arriving on 3rd May. No mention of next day delivery refund,
which I expect to receive, it is listed on my invoice and the 3rd is not next day. So currently extremely disappointed with treatment.
