Destroyer of soles

Bought a pair of these insoles a couple of years ago. They send out a foam block to press your feet into and make 'tailored' orthotics based on that. They were extremely uncomfortable from the start and sent my feet into cramps. They are half sole insoles but they cut into my feet and cut off the circulation to my soles. Reached out and was told that they take time to get used to. Kept going and they only got worse, causing awful sores on my heels where they dig in. Spoke to the company and was told to just "stop wearing them". Waste of £200 and unacceptable customer service.
