Accepted my order, Charged me, Then rejected the order.
Took my order, accepted it, and charged me, only to then reject my order "due to restrictive royal mail reasons."
Not really a good explanation, and because I'd been charged I had to wait days for the money to come back into my account.
I'm disappointed because I was so relieved to find what I needed!
If shipping to Ireland is an issue due to Brexit or the pandemic, fine, just don't accept our orders in the first place.

We are experiencing issues shipping liquids largely due to Brexit and are currently working on our product system to make all liquid items unavailable to those outside of the UK and the system will then not allow these items to be ordered.
