These guys are ace! Shout out to Hakim who replaced the tyre in my wife's Honda Jazz at lightning speed. If you want prompt immediate tyre service Stevenage Tyres are the best. Save yourself from the nightmare of the lunatics on London Rd and go to Stevenage Tyres. Thank yourself later.

I purchased 2 new tyres at a great deal online and some garages refused to fit it, unless I purchased the tyres from them or online but delivered to their garage (at higher price, I guess they get a profit).

Stevenage tyres could not have be more helpful and transparent from start to finish. Not only they had no problem with me bringing my own, new tyres but explained the total cost in details of fitting them, rotating existing tyres from back to front, balancing and aligning. When I arrived, all my questions were answered in a professional manner and I was offered to either wait in a warm waiting area or feel free to wonder around and see every step as the team worked on my old and cherished Nissan X-trail. Due to the car being 23 years old, some rusty parts that needed to be loosened to allign front wheels were stuck, but the guys found a way around it. It took more of their time and effort, yet they still charged me only the very attractive price I was quoted initially. I have also been given a very useful advice about 4 wheel alignment and that Id need to change some rusty old bolts and washers prior to booking it to avoid potential issues and delays.

I am by nature very inquisitive and aware that the amount of questions I have can be irritating to some people, however at Stevenage tyres I have received answers to all of them and have been provided with loads more information than I asked for, all of which was invaluable and provided in a friendly and professional manner.

Don't let the young age of these guys fool you, they know their stuff inside out and even though I might not be the easiest customer to deal with I have left more satisfied with the quality of the service and overal experience than I have ever been elsewhere. The car feels great now, they have done all I asked them too, the price was the best I could find in the area and my experience was 5 star. I appreciate how transparent they are and that they not only don't mind you watching them work but encourage it. This says it all. Thank you again guys, I'll definitely be back.

After a little research and 'phoning around for quotes. I had valves replaced, tyres re-fitted and tracking re-aligned. Very fair price in comparison to other Tyre stores. Excellent service. Friendly, informative owner and staff. Nice, relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend Stevenage Tyres, first class !!

Tried four different tyre companies to put two new tyres on my Motorhome with no joy. Stevenage tyres didn’t hesitate and in less than 24 hours had ordered the required tyres and fitted them. Incredibly efficient and very friendly company and can highly recommend.

Came here this morning with my daughter (who now lives in Hitchin) . Not being local, I was relieved to find somewhere nearby with such friendly and helpful staff.

After contacting 4 tyre services locally on a Sunday, Stevenage Tyres came to the rescue. Yes sir, bring your car along and we will get it repaired.

I have been using Stevenage tyres for some years now and would not use anyone else for my tyres and MOT needs. I have a day to day car and two classic cars which the guys take great care of when working and moving them. My daughters and son also take their cars there and we travel from Welwyn. This is my one and only experience of Stevenage tyres! I arrived to have two pre-ordered tyres fitted to my new Ford Mustang; I was told it would be 30mins before they could fit me in, not a problem.
Has I waited I was watching through the “viewing area “the staff working in the MoT bays and also fitting tyres, I noticed one guy working on a Renault Clio’s rear lights he was kneeling /sitting on the floor I then noticed the guy on reception (who told me it would be 30mins wait) was fitting two tyres to a transit van. I then watched the guy who had finished working on the clio drive in a BMW 4x4, it was then I noticed he had not put a seat protector/cover on the BMW’s seats and was still wearing the blue latex gloves he was wearing when working on the clio so all the dirt on his clothes from the floor and all the dirt on his gloves was now on the seat and steering wheel on this BMW , the guy from reception did the same after working on the transit van he jumped in and drove it out of the tyres bays , he came back into reception and asked for my keys ! I said I would drive it in but he said “nobody only us drive the vehicles in here” I mentioned i had just witnessed two of you drive customers vehicles in your dirty overhauls and dirty latex gloves and that I would not be give you the keys to my £50grand brand new mustang to get dirt all over the interior, I then left, Customer service nil!

We've taken both of our cars to these guys in the last years. One old car and one new(ish). They have always been professional and thorough. What i REALLY appreciated is that they have not tried to sell us extra bits or expensive bits. When we did have them fix a failing, they did it well and cost-effectively. When we did not choose to use them on the repair (e.g. choose to fix/replace it myself) they were fully cooperative.
