We receive nothing!
We did not receive them. We ordered the labels on 14.08.23, It took more than 11 days, it is frustrating. On the website, it is written fast delivery and 3 days. a lot of people order BCS of
school, but we did not expect it will take more than 4 times what is written.

It just doesn’t stick on…
It‘s a shame there are no minus points.
The stickers do not stick and the customer service is disastrous: no phone number, standard (copy-paste) emails.
1/3 of the tags came off before washing. The next 1/3 came of after the 1st wash.
I have been labeling clothes for over 10 years. Never had such a bad experience.
Too bad, I liked to support my local industry, and too bad that Swiss quality isn’t living up to its standards anymore.

Good quality of stickers
I have to say I am very surprised by the good quality of their stickers. You clearly pay the price for the quality. I was a bit skeptical because my order took a long time to arrive. I got in touch with Léa from Stickerkid and she gave me all the informations related to the possible delay. Despite the delay, I received my stickers and I am very happy.
If you work on a good customer service, you might receive more 5-stars in the future.
