I called the company to be greeted by a lovely lady very helpful explained my situation and need for the product to be with me within 4working days I was promised that this was possible and boy did they deliver amazing product great customer service I would highly recommend this company

I have used Stickers and That many times in the past, and the quality has always been very good, even though they can sometimes be slow to dispatch. My latest order was placed in November 2025 and, as it was a repeat order with no new artwork required, it was very quickly marked as “in production” according to them.

We are now mid-January 2026 and, despite my repeated requests for an update on when I will receive my order, they have been unable to give me any timeframe at all.

As a result, I have had to seek legal advice on this matter and today have served legal proceedings on them. I have been advised that they are now in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which states that goods must be delivered without undue delay and, in most cases, within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Failure to supply goods within this timeframe constitutes a breach of contract.

I also note that today Stickers and That have sent out a 20% discount code for new orders, yet they are not supplying orders for which they have already taken payment.

I will update this review if and when I receive my order, but at present I would not recommend placing an order with this company if you expect to receive it within a reasonable timeframe.

Long wait times and poor communication.

Emails have gone unanswered and no update on my order.
