Horrific customer service and no return policy

I purchased a small cutting board, no customization. When it arrived I realized it was too large and heavy for my needs. I tried to contact the company for 5 days about a return, to no avail. When they finally emailed me, they said they had a no return policy, which is ridiculous in this day and age. Even more egregious than the policy, however, was their lack of responsiveness to even just tell me tu at they would not accept a return.

We purchased two Stickley Morris Bow…

We purchased two Stickley Morris Bow Arm recliners. We spent over $4,000 per chair 14 years ago. Today, the retail price is over $7,000 per chair. The recliner mechanisms are bent and no longer operable. I contacted Stickley via email since I could not talk to anyone "live" there - could only leave voice mail that no one would return. Their response was they no longer make that mechanism. They have no other way to fix our chairs. They boast that their products will last for generations! Baloney! They do not stand behind their products. If given the choice today, I would buy DutchCrafters chairs.

NO customer service

Purchased new couch and chair ($10,000+) recently, furniture is top class but customer service department is absolutely horrible assuming you can ever talk to someone. Contacted sales rep on April 17 about cushions, he confirmed that we ordered extra firm and believe we were delivered regular. He said we just need to order the right cushions, said he would contact customer (lack of) service and make it right. We also called customer service directly and after many tries actually talked to a live person. TWO MONTHS later we have heard absolutely nothing, left at least 6-8 voice mails and nothing in return. I do not even know if an order was placed, they have not confirmed or replied. Obviously no scheduled date. No problem taking our money for the new item, but follow up service? Non-existent.
