I cannot give zero stars unfortunately! I ordered on 1st Dec. Got my confirmed order delivery details and tracking code. All fine. But, after 2 weeks the tracking said "in process" and still does. I asked nicely for a refund to be told that this was not possible! What! This is Germany and I thought that, even if I received my goods and was unhappy, I was entitled to full refund, right?
As we are today, 20 days after placing my order, I am not any further forward. I've requested to cancel my order several times and I just get excuses and even smiley face emojis too!
This morning, I got another email even offering me 20% off the next order as "compensation". Are these people ignorant, arrogant or stupid?
There's no way I would buy anything from them ever again and I have reported them to my Bank, Barclaycard and the German Trading Standards Authority.
