Looks like it was shipped out on the 14th, a day after you placed your order and delivered today. It shouldn't have taken this long though...we are going to contact UPS and see why the delay. It's usually only about 3 business days.
Overall Pleased-Shipping was slow
Great supplement. Great flavor. Fair price. Shipping could have been quicker compared to other suppliers in the industry.

Great product, great customer service!
I had ordered two different protein powder flavors and soon after my order was placed, I was made aware that one of my flavors was out of stock and asked if I wanted to choose another flavor or have my money refunded for the unavailable product. I chose to have my money refunded for that one flavor and got immediate results. The flavor I did receive was outstanding and a high quality product. Great product and customer service. I will certainly purchase again.

Hi Edward - We really do apologize. That was the first week of January and we were slammed with orders. Your package should have been shipped out Friday, but it didn't get out until Monday. This was a rare occurrence. Packages will always ship out same or next day. Because of the issue you had I am refunding you 20%. We would love for you to give us another chance, but we totally understand if you do not.
