Have been purchasing from this company for many years and always found them to be very efficient in their delivery, quality and have never had a faulty cartridge in all that time.
Photos or DVD/Cd prints are superb and if used with quality photo glossy paper the results are amazing.

Faulty ink cartridges replaced promptly.
When my ink cartridges were faulty, after making sure I had done all I could, the company delivered new ones quickly. Replies to my emails were prompt. I had been thinking of not bothering with this company again but the new cartridges are fine so, fair play, I will order from them again. Good customer service.

This is my first experience with my last color order and I have not yet contacted "STINKY" for their helpful advice
The prolem appears to be one of a lack of ink, after cleaning the nozzle which continues to remain dry!
