A total disgrace
A total disgrace. Contacted John based on some terribly inexperienced companies my wife and I had contacted. As a last effort I contacted John whilst overseas in a bid to find a reputable company. He attended as promised the day I flew home and met my wife/I. He reassured us that we would not be let down and we emphasised the importance of the date as we have a young baby (14 months) and a law practice to keep operational. He confirmed a quote (that we accepted) along with the dates to work with us on. Last night / today he sent a message through his son that he had to pull out and has totally caused massive anxiety and stress to the family. A total let down and regrettably sold us down the river. We remain without a removals company and we move in three days time
