Our experience with St. Michaels Kitchen & Bath was extremely frustrating and stressful. We signed a contract in November 2025 for a remodel of a bathroom. We were pressured into signing by Nadir that if we signed that day we would get a $2500 discount. Our contract stated our bathroom would be completed in 6 to 8 weeks. Work began February 23, 2026. In week 24 it still wasn't complete. We have dealt with delays and mistakes and communication. We were rarely kept informed about scheduling changes. We often had to reach out for updates. Timelines were NOT honored. We hired a company expecting professionalism, reliability, and honest communication. From day one we expressed our desire that there be NO delays and were promised that there would not be delays. I strongly encourage anyone considering this company to carefully review the contract, ask about delays etc. and read reviews before making a decision. They have a very bad rating with BBB. I wish we had looked at the reviews. Based on our experience I DO NOT recommend this company.
