I thought setting up a brokerage account was going to be so much red tape, board approval, forms, etc but no! Easy to set up and response time to email inquiries is always very prompt. Fees seem low to me and the website works well.

My only suggestion is when customers choose from the drop down, looking for an organization, perhaps StockDonator could add the city/state next to it or, somewhere in the process show the full address of the organization before submitting the stock donation so people know they are choosing the right organization.

We now have the direct link on our website to our page but, we recently went through a name change so we want to be sure it is super easy for folks to find us if not navigating from our website.

The transaction took a long time to process so the stock lost a lot of value and we weren't able to sell it at an optimal time.
