I am beyond frustrated with my experience. I placed order on the official website at the beginning of March. While the shipping was fast, they sent me the WRONG COLOR.
I reached out to customer service immediately with photo evidence, but it has been TWO MONTHS with zero response. This level of negligence is unacceptable. Is anyone even working there?
If you're considering buying from them, be prepared to be ghosted if there's an issue with your order.

Great service, quality items and fast delivery

I bought 3 items from this company and one was not as described. I requested a refund for the wrong item however they failed to take ownership of my request and would not refund the wrong item. They acknowledged that the description of the item was wrong and changed it for other potential customers, but would not refund me. I would strongly recommend not buying from this company.

Post the copy or number of the proof of posting if you really have one ?

I placed a order 10 days ago have not received my order just fobbed of with royal mail as the parcel does not take 10 days to send order
