I am beyond frustrated with my customer service
I am beyond frustrated with my experience. I placed order on the official website at the beginning of March. While the shipping was fast, they sent me the WRONG COLOR.
I reached out to customer service immediately with photo evidence, but it has been TWO MONTHS with zero response. This level of negligence is unacceptable. Is anyone even working there?
If you're considering buying from them, be prepared to be ghosted if there's an issue with your order.
