Product Great but TNT Beyond Useless
I order regularly from third company but the recent experiences I have had with TNT means I am going to look elsewhere.
It’s a shame but I cannot afford to know taking days off work to wait in for deliveries that never arrive. It’s bad enough that TNT only give a delivered window of ‘before 18.00’ but then they don’t turn up anyway. No notification is given, their live chat is always ‘unavailable’. A truly awful company, totally lacking in business integrity.

A Very Happy customer because....
I really like the great design of your jewellery boxes.
My customers always comment on how great my jewellery looks, but it's mainly because of the way the Jewellery is presented in their boxes.
My business colour scheme is basic black because my silver jewellery stands out with a black background,so l buy in bulk your black postal boxes because you get great value for money, Excellent quality that l cannot get elsewhere, But the best part is your fantastic customer service!
I had a problem with ring boxes recently, emailed you customer service team. They said they would fix the problem straight away, sent me new boxes to replace the faulty ones free of charge.
You can't get better service then this, putting their customer's first and foremost.
It's something l practise all the time with my own business simply because it works, you get returning happy customers, which is what you set out to achieve in the first place.
