Bad service
I ordered a deep fryer, that happened to be out of stock, despite that the website was saying the product was in stock. I ve been called and proposed another model supposed to be "of the same kind" but it seems the new proposed model is exactely what I did not want, and I could have found it much cheaper on another site. And I still didnt get delivered, that I receive that questionnaire. So No, I am not satisfied.

Unsatisfactory experience
Too little information about the product, size, what was included, etc., poor pictures, most irriatating is paying 3 times the postage of what it cost to post - that is a pure ripoff!
Won't be back to handle with them unless absolutely necessary.

You have bought a product wich cost 69,95 DKR and youy have paied 25 DKR in shipping cost. Most of our competitors take 49 DKR as a minimum. The Shipping cost is told too you before you accept the order. So it can come as a surprise.
The picture shows what the product is and the tekst says "Møtrik for tilløbsrør.
". So I cant see anny problem about that.
I might some day try your SP servise to see about your prices etc.
