A very happy customer - got excellent service.

When my relatively new sewing machine stopped working I called the shop to see if they could help. I brought in the machine and when the shop assistant very competently identified the fault she simply gave me a new machine. Could not have expected or received better service. I have shopped in the Frederiksborggade shop many times and will happily continue to do so.

Terrible service

I visited this shop earlier in the week and I was astounded at the lack of service offered. I went up to the desk located at the ground floor, and asked the woman standing there if she had a specific material. She said she was unsure, but that it most likely could be found upstairs, if they did have it. I went up the staircase and asked the woman behind the desk upstairs the same question. She directed me back downstairs. No one thought to guide me to a specific section or anything, and they clearly had no knowledge about the store they both worked in. Absolutely terrible. I will not return, that's for sure.

Absolutely horrible service at Stoff…

Absolutely horrible service at Stoff 2000 Frederiksbergvej. I was attended by a young person who first ignored le while i requested my package (pick up). Then she literally turned her back at me saying "I don't know what you ordered" when I ask extra info on the product in my order. Last time i dealt with this shop.

Terrible

Sorry this is in English. I am still in the process of learning Danish and complaining in a foreign language is hard! I have never written a review before, but this time I feel obligated to so so that others do not experience the same as I have. If I could, I would give zero stars. I will never buy anything from this company again. They are not trustworthy.

Back in November of 2018 I went to the store near Nørreport Station and ordered a 'dyne' for our new home. This cost a little over 2000 kr and I had to pay all upfront before receiving any product (my first mistake). I was told that they would be in touch when the product was finished and ready for pickup. A month later I got a text apologising that the fabric I had chosen was out of stock and that I would have to wait until March 2019. That was a bit annoying but I was fine with it. By April I had heard nothing. I found the original text message and wrote to ask what was going on. No response. In late April I finally went back to the store and asked what was going on. That was when I found out that many of the Stof2000 stores had closed down and that I would not be receiving my product. No one had contacted me despite them having my mobile phone number. So I asked for my money back. But they would not give me a refund. I was given a phone number and email address to contact, so I was having to deal with THEIR mistake myself. I called the number and was told to email a copy of the receipt. I emailed, with no response. I emailed again, with no response. I then went back to the store and the staff tried the same on me again, saying that they cannot give me a refund in the store. This seems strange as that is where I paid for the product. By this point I'm pretty annoyed so I ask to speak to the Manager. She says she will contact the appropriate people, takes a scan of my receipt and sends an email to deal with the problem. She also takes my bank details so that they can send me the refund. She says I will receive a phone call or text the next day. That was a little over a week ago. No phone call, no text and no money in my account. This company has effectively stolen from me and I now have to continue to take this matter further. Many hours wasted from my side. I am still 2000+ kr poorer with no product and I will never be using the services of Stof2000 again.

EDIT to add that although the reply to my review from Stof2000 says they have now refunded me. They have not. So I will have to continue to pursue this issue.

I did not receive any sms or email…

My order by mistake was stuck in their system and I didn´t receive confirmation email. But customer service followed my case kindly and politely. Now they send it to me and I hope that this time I can have it on time.

Excellent Service

Used the online store the other day just to find some fabrics. Prices were very good and everything was easy to find on the store. As you can tell Danish is not my first language but I was still able to find everything I needed. Shipping was a lot faster than expected as well so will definitely be using the store again in future. A+
