Frustrating experience with costumer service
I am getting tired of this frustrating inadequate costumer service. On 29/4 I made my order, (order number:58139) including shipment cost of 4,95 euros. I received confirmation by e-mail stating correct amount and shipping cost. Further I received info for payment by bank transfer, which was anticipated and I initiated the payment immediately. On 5/5 I suddenly receive a new invoice, now stating a shipping cost of 13,95 euros. I answered the e-mail inquiring why the amount has changed. No answer, until 10/5, when I receive the answer that my payment has been registered 8/5 and that my order will be send the 11/5. On 11/5 I again receive an e-mail with the new invoice, stating the shipping cost of 13,95 euros and that my order will not be shipped before I have paid. Again I replied, asking for an explanation. Since then no response and attempts to reach costumer service by phone is impossible, each time only answering machine asking me to try again later. Now I am really frustrated, I would really like to receive my order, but I am seriously considering to cancel it, as I find their handling of my order disrespectful.
