Customer Support Locked Away in a Stolp Box?
I ordered the StolpKonmari Faraday charger box in Sand (#5120) on May 29th, expecting delivery within 5 working days as stated. It’s now been more than two months, and I still haven’t received my order or tracking information.
I sent more than 10 emails, before receiving a response recently promising delivery within 3-7 business days depending on location. It has now been 11 business days. The lack of communication and delay is quite disappointing, as the product seems nicely designed and promising for peace of mind.
I hope that the order can be shipped soon. If it cannot be fulfilled, I would appreciate a refund. I hope Stolp can improve its customer service and speed of delivery process.

Very disappointing experience with Stolp
I ordered a product from Stolp on April 2025, and was promised delivery within 5 working days in the EU, along with a tracking email.
However, as of May 11, 2025—21 days later—I have received neither the product nor the tracking information.
I reached out to their support email to inquire about the status of my order, but I have not received any response, despite following up multiple times. This lack of communication and failure to deliver is completely unacceptable.
I strongly advise others to be cautious when considering purchasing from Stolp. I am now forced to request a refund through my payment provider and may escalate the issue to consumer protection authorities. This has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience.
No response from customer service
Trying to cancel order and there has been no response. It said it would mail it in four days and it's been two weeks so I'd like to cancel. I emailed them a few days ago and have heard nothing.
They are based in the Netherlands and so not accountable to the BBB. They use shopify, but there is no order link in their email so there's no way to complain to shopify about the merchant.
Do not buy
Stolp is dirty right out of the box, feels flimsy, doesnt work properly, company is very slow with return label and after more than 6 weeks has not refunded. Do not buy from this company.

The product is ok, but was not so useful for us. The worst part was then the customer service: it was almost impossible to find out how to send the product back and get refund for the retour. Once after many email we got a retour label and dress and send the item back, we never got the money refunded

I never received my item. I have tired several times to get someone to help with my order. They tried to send it 3 times and all times have been unsuccessful. I have asked for refund and no one has responded to my emails.

Ordered the Mari x whatever version and when it arrived it is EXTREMELY poorly made. It looks like a warped plastic butter dish.
I tried mailing Stolp at their “support” email address and I get a mailer daemon. Come to find out on searching the code in the site that this email address is indeed invalid, and should be directing to their “hello” email address.

Most catastrophic client experience ever
- they used the wrong data in the order, i contacted them via email and via phone to correct it, no answer to anything. It is impressive how they can mistreat clients that paid for their products.
As of now, i still haven’t got the package due by UPS. The whole experience is a disaster.
Stolp Box KonMari / Bestellung #4717
The Product - Stolp Box KonMari - does not meet my expectations at all: Instead of creating balance in my home when putting my mobile phone in, it creates quite an amount of energetic stress. It also was shipped poorly wrapped, which does not correspond with the "polished" way the product is advertised. The Box KonMari darkbrown also looked used, not new! And upon requesting a return-label for returning the product I was told:
"Please keep in mind that: The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original, unblemished packaging. Upon receipt of the item, we will process your return promptly. It is your responsibility to ensure the item is returned in a clean and undamaged condition."
Excuse me! You ship the product in a box much bigger than the product, an already used box that does not guarantee a proper wrapping!? Without additional "stuffing" to prevent the product from falling around in the box!? You ship products, that definitely look used (with paint/finish missing)! And tell customers to return an unblemished product in order to get a refund!!??
Last but not least: I DID NOT GET AN IVOICE!! To wrap it up: The thing "Stolp" - whatever that is - comes across as highly untrustworthy. That's my impression: There's sg not OK with Stolp. I even consider a report to the police: Something is definitely very wrong here.
With my review I hope to save others the experience I made.

Unpleasant experience
The product was in back order and I requested the cancelation of my order. Nothing was done, no response received. Two months later I received the product. Now I am trying to return it and get my refund but no one answers my emails. Unpleasant experience!

The product has design flaws including not being able to charge while inside the box. The charging block is curved on top, and makes your phone feel like it is precariously sitting there. When dealing with customer service on the return, their communication was not effective towards returning this and getting a refund through them, so I had to make a claim with my bank. Even a month after they received the returned product.

The finish on this product was poor for the price point. There are spaces where the painting has not adhered internally. The product also contains NFC chips when you put your device inside that initially triggers taking you to a company website about the NFC, but provides no way for you to actually change it. The FAQ website it links to is also broken. Customer support is not a strong suit either per other reviews. Overall a disappointing product, price point, and execution.
Charger slow and temperamental
I’m sorry to give this product a poor rating but it just didn’t live up to expectations. The charger is very temperamental and when it does work it’s extremely slow. The storage box is just fine as well. Nothing wrong with it but not worth the money at all. Sorry to say this but I’d want honestly if I was looking for reviews and I should have.
