I am not sure how this company makes money, but what a truly awesome and helpful service they provide, especially for free! Bradley was extremely helpful and responsive, even after business hours. I was able to secure a beautiful diamond at less than half the cost I could find on my own. This is one of few websites that everyone shopping for gemstones should know about.

Bradley was super patient And walked me through the different options that were in my price ring. He took his time to explain why he would choose the ones that he did over some of the other diamond options I had originally looked at. there is nothing pushy or stressful about buying just the facts and they show you comparable options So you have plenty of choices. The best prices I've seen as well. Thanks so much for making this process easier. Their website is easy to navigate and allows you to plug in the prices and read the certifications and pros and cons. Another feature that I love is that it tells you how the ring looks visually compared to the carat size. There are so many great features on their website and you can tell the people really care that you find the right one. Highly recommend.

Start here for your diamond search! Using their speak to an gemologist tool works, but don't expect a swift reply. Instead use this site to make sure you're getting the most out of your dollars. Great search feature, useful information and comparison tools.

Devin was really helpful. I was browsing some diamonds and had a couple questions, and expected to hear back in a day or two. Devin replied to me via chat in just a couple minutes and addressed every question I had. He even offered to contact the retailer on my behalf.

this site is awesome. The co-founders have helped me on more than one occasion through the chat option. They were so nice and honest. They helped and gave me advice on 2 stones I was considering. Their advice and opinions are unbiased and you can tell they generally really just want to help with no ulterior motives. Highly recommended. I love the free diamond check.
