Had our kitchen worktop fitted today by Reece and Ed. An absolutely fantastic job 👍 10/10, great attention to detail and professional. We are so pleased.
Also many thanks to Jack for his great service and making choosing the worktop a really simple and easy process.

Initial service from Ryan was superb and we were delighted with the bespoke kitchen provided. 4 years later we had 1 of the corner unit hinges fail. Wasn’t easy to find one that did the same online, so reached out to Ryan and within a week I had a replacement and all sorted. Tremendous after sales service.

Used Earth & Stone to replace outdated laminate worktops and the difference is amazing ! The guys where so helpful , nothing was to much trouble , even when we changed our choices ! When it came to template the guy was so helpful , suggesting ways to make it all blend . The installation guys did a great job , quick , professional & friendly . Very impressed with Earth & Stone .

I cannot thank Stone and Earth enough, fantastic selection of tiles and great service especially Jason, who came out and measured our bathroom and made recommendations. When we ran short of a couple of tiles, he was brilliant in sourcing replacements within a couple of days, which meant our fitting was not delayed. I used Stone and Earth for our kitchen tiles as well and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

Stone and Earth have refreshed our 1990's kitchen with new drawer fronts/cupboard doors/side panels plus new worktops, accessories and lighting. The result is a kitchen which appears and functions like a brand new kitchen straight from the show room.
We were helped through the process by visits from Ryan to discuss our options/costs and Chris to check the details and practicality of the installation. We also made a visit to the amazing show room to finalise our choice of colours and accessories. We were helped by staff at every step and sample panels of the chosen colours were prepared and sent to us, twice as we changed our minds, to confirm our choice.
The installation team of Phil, Chris and their plumber/ gas fitter were professional and courteous, consulted us to minimise any disruption caused and cleared up each day.
The work was carried out to a very high standard. We are delighted with the result.

We have been working with Stone & Earth for the past 20 months to obtain the granite for our kitchen worktops. - They have been superb throughout, nothing was ever too much trouble even though they had to wait so long before we were ready to have the granite fitted.

The surveyor and fabricators also did a superb job as did the installation team who were very friendly and professional. We could not ask for more!

We always knew after moving into our house in 2021 that we would need to update our downstairs, the challenge for us was finding the right people to do the job. We needed all the ceilings taking down, internal walls knocked out, steels putting in, plastering, plumbing, new kitchen, new utility & downstairs toilet /cloakroom, appliances, electrics updating, flooring and new internal walls put up.
We first met Ryan at Stone & Earth in January 2023, after being recommended to this company, we decided to go to the showroom and take a look. From the moment we met Ryan, he put us at ease, was super efficient and very patient with us. We had another couple of quotes but Stone & Earth were on the ball, changing our design, guiding us & advising us through 8 or 9 revisions of our kitchen project. They said that they could take our whole project on which meant a project manager and a team of trusted tradesmen. This was a big project for us & in the end, we just went with our gut feeling as we didn’t know this company or any of the guys due to be working on our house, we need not have worried or stressed as they were all amazing. It was a brilliant experience from beginning to end, Kieran, Sonia and Ryan took our ideas & converted them into amazing designs (many changes but they just kept on tweaking each revision!) They started the groundwork’s while we were on holiday, some days they were there for 12 hours so that most of the dirty work was completed by the time we got home. Every room was taped up to reduce the dust and we were amazed when we got home. There was a WhatsApp group set up for the project and photos & videos were sent to us while on holiday! This group chat was brilliant as any questions that came up were all put in one place. Over the 14 weeks or so I can honestly say that there was somebody working on our kitchen, hall, utility and downstairs cloakroom every day! We loved all the guys, all very respectful of our home and very passionate about their own jobs. We would highly recommend all of the team that worked on our house, special thanks to Ryan and our project managers Graham & Chris. Rob, Phil, Tom, Ash & Jarrod are one hell of an amazing bunch of lads. From the initial drawings, us changing our minds so many times to having to reconfigure a section of the fitted kitchen due to a hidden steel, nothing was too much of trouble and one them always knew the answer. During the project we decided to include a media wall and this was built onsite, again not really delaying the completion. We are over the moon with the finished project, only one negative…we miss seeing them every day!!

My wife and I have just completed a project in Devon and we purchased all of our tiles from Jason at Stone and Earth. The service was really excellent and Jason advised design and grout colours to match decor in our new build home refurbishment. Delivery schedule was as promised and when we ran out of tiles he managed to get them to us next day while tiler was still on site. Service was brilliant, prompt, polite and pleasure to do business. Jason knows the trade and gets the job done putting himself out to ensure the project stays on track. 100% recommend and will use Stone and Earth again in the future. We are repeat customers because of Jasons brilliant service approach. Well done we are very pleased!

Absolutely amazing service from design to finish, Sonia was superb who went beyond to assist in designing main bathroom, en-suite and w/c. Always answered/returned my calls and spent a lot of time assisting and making sure everything was smooth. Took a lot of headache off me which allowed me to concentrate on other projects. Everyone loves the finish… would most definitely recommend them… I could go on forever simply outstanding

Brilliant company to deal with, reactive to all our needs & wants, even when the plan changed they were able to advise & assist. They supplied all our kitchen fittings, flooring & worktops & the end result is just stunning. Ryan, Jake & the Team are fantastic & would totally recommend .

Stone and Earth completely redesigned our bathroom and downstairs loo. There was no high pressure sales technique, just helpful, friendly advice and suggestions. Our fitter, Sam, was fantastic throughout. When issues arose, such as a wonky wall or a pipe in an unexpected place, he was an incredible problem solver. The completed bathrooms are even better than we had expected. Communication has been excellent and everyone involved has been amazing. Thank you Sonia, Sam, Brian and Daniel. Well worth the short wait, would very definitely recommend!!!!

Great service the whole time, we actually spent about a year deciding on what design, what fittings and everything and looked at competitors but Stone and Earth always stood out. Very easygoing, no hard sell and very helpful when we wanted options and opinions. Ryan was the salesperson and he was great to deal with, we were kept up to date about everything the whole time.
Graham was the project manager for the job and did very well keeping all the service people on track ensuring everything was done correctly and on time.
We had everything done, so a completely new kitchen, plumbing and ceiling and walls plastered, everything went very smoothly and I can't say enough good things about the company. When we do the bathrooms we will use them again.
They use very good and thoughtful contractors, plumbing, plastering, the electrician and most importantly, the joiner. They were all very complimentary about working for Stone and Earth and always tidied up after themselves.
The whole experience was first-class.

We have purchased tiles from Stone and Earth twice in the last four years for two very different projects. On both occasions we dealt with Jason, his knowledge on tiles is unbelievable.

For our most recent purchase Jason couldn’t have been more helpful moving all different tiles all around the showroom for us. He really knows how to read a customer’s reaction and knows what option to offer next. His customer service is amazing.

We decided to go for a tile in the range that wasn’t actually available as a sample in the showroom but I phoned Jason and he got me that sample within a couple of days. When we purchased the tile he calculated exactly how many tiles we would need for the style in which we would have them laid and he was absolutely spot on. We also left Jason to pick the grout colour for us and again it was absolutely spot on. I absolutely love both sets of my tiles.

After our two separate experiences with Jason I would never go anywhere else for my tiles.

Our bathroom install started mid June and was only finally finished mid September. We had to wait 3 months for the unit we had ordered. Whilst I appreciate not all of this was the fault of Stone and Earth I had to chase this constantly. We received very little in the way of apologies and given the cost of the bathroom as a whole I would have expected much better customer service. We were given many promised delivery dates before the unit was finally delivered which just added to the frustration. I would not use this company again.

We recently bought some granite for a bar and some tops. After selecting it from the wholesaler. A few days later, Stone &
Earth contacted us to say it had too many imperfections. They then came with us to the wholesaler to ensure we had a great piece. It’s now fitted and is stunning, beautiful craftsmanship in how it has been cut and 2 fabulous chopping boards too. We would highly recommend.
