Very rude to their customer! They just accused you are a reseller if you buy lots!! Luckily I found another “real family run” shop to help me sort my nieces birthday’s gifts out to avoid getting ruined by an arrogant shop!!

Do not order online from this company
Do not order online from this company. My product arrived damaged and although I have provided proof they still refuse to let me send it back and refund it. Customer service is disgraceful. If you are considering purchasing from this company I strongly advise you find another company who actually value their customers as the owners Wendy and Steve Probert treat you as liars.
