Stonehouse Garden Buildings 

We had our garden room built in 2023 and it was an excellent job. However, since then numerous faults have begun to appear - warping of soffits and leaking roof light due to poor sealing.
Stonehouse Garden Buildings apparently no longer exist - leaving us with a worthless guarantee - but amazingly a company called Bespoke Garden Buildings have now been set up using the same logo, based in the same premises and offering the same service.
I contacted them and although on both occasions they promised they would resolve the problems I was lied to and nobody ever arrived despite numerous promises over several calls.
Do not use any company based in Stonehouse that offers garden buildings. Companies house shows several short lived businesses over recent years.

From our first consultation to the final handover, Bespoke Garden Buildings delivered a brilliant service. We needed a high-quality garden office that felt comfortable year-round, and they designed a superb workspace with excellent insulation and a really thoughtful layout.
The attention to detail throughout the build was outstanding, and the finished office is even better than we imagined. The installation was quick, well-organised and completely hassle-free. Mark was fantastic on site and incredibly helpful when we asked for a couple of small changes along the way. We’re absolutely delighted with the result.

Please avoid. They delayed the project by 2 months with no updates. After it had finally finished it required so many extra returns to sort other issues out which again they delayed to come. Company has apparently gone into liquidation but have opened another company with a VERY similar name. Avoid anything with stonehouse in the name

We are really pleased with our build - great quality. A really easy and pleasant experience for the entire process. Communication was brilliant throughout. Professional, considerate and polite involvement from all. Ryan and Tim were fantastic - thank you. Highly recommend.

What an incredible company. The guys that did the work Roary and Lex were friendly, helpful and very respectful. Even played with our crazy Labrador. The materials are of high quality and the construction is superb. From design to installation i cannot fault this company. Highly recommend.

All i can say is what a fantastic experience throughout! We couldn't be happier! The designer was very attentive and Knowledgeable, every small idea we had was factored in. It was incredible to watch our design turn into our STUNNING garden building!

We can't wait for all our family and friends to see it. I can't stop staring out of the window!

AVOID!!! It's a shame I am having to write this negative review but I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the experience we had especially when there are other contractors out there to choose from. 3 different build teams on a two week job which stretched to three and not knowing (unless we called) who was going to turn up from one day to the next was not what we bought in to. We ended up managing the project and were a lot more hands on than we were expecting especially as they were accessing the garden through our home (it's London) with no separate access. Luckily one of us was home the whole time so we could make sure walls weren't damaged and manage the various deliveries/contractors. We were told that the first contractor was pulled off our job because of "workmanship" issues and promptly fired which was strange because we thought he was very good and this wasn't very reassuring when he'd built most of the garden room. After the garden shed was finished no one came to sign the job off from the management team. Considering we'd had three build teams you would have thought someone would have done so just to reassure us. The build sub-contractors were great and did deliver a product we are happy with but this was not without a lot of stress . The communication throughout was awful and we were never asked whether we were happy or not with the outcome. However, they're very good about asking for the various payment instalments you can be sure of that. We got there in the end but what an unpleasant experience.

Terrible service from start to finish, delayed start date and a huge list of issues on completion. 100% do not use this company!

In September 2022 we visited a large Garden office manufacturer some distance away with a view to installing a garden office at our rural home on the Welsh border.
We wanted a well-insulated building overlooking the views to complement our new home.

In our particular instant, we had to obtain planning permission which was granted in April 2023.

Before embarking on this whole process, we had quite a specific design in mind but felt that with the larger company they lacked flexibility resulting in several compromises.

With the above in mind, we contacted Tracie at “Stonehouse Garden Buildings” and a couple of their design staff visited us the following day and were able to offer us exactly what we had originally wanted with some additional ideas, all at a very competitive price.

At the end of August, the installation team arrived, working extremely hard over long hours during unbearably hot weather completing the build from start to finish in just under three weeks.

Tommo and Ben together with help from Ryan and the electrician Alex have done a first-class job for us and they are all a credit to the Company.

In conclusion, we have found the entire process from our first phone call in April to the completed building has been a very smooth and professionally executed experience.

Tracie has always been very approachable by phone or email answering all our queries promptly.
She provided us with an accurate itinerary and timescale for our project from the outset.

We would wholeheartedly recommend Stonehouse Garden Buildings to all who are looking to provide that additional space in their homes.

Good choice.
