Impressed with my experience

Stone was the only staffing company that I have worked with in my IT career. I was impressed how diligent the recruiter was throughout the onboarding process.

Use them as The Last Resort

If you have other opportunity, take it. Don't depend on them. These people make fake claims to the candidates as well as the clients. They are such terrible cheaters that I wonder how they have survived for so long.

The company needs to change workplace culture and treat employees fairly

Pros: You'll get cool perks such as happy hours, healthy desktop setup, open office setting and massage day. Managers and recruiters are easy to collaborate with. This opportunity may be suitable for fresh graduates.

Cons: SRG implements poor management and unorganized system. Most employees are required to work long hours for recruiters, so work-lie balance is not possible. You won't make much commission and unlimited PTO is not actually unlimited as they promised.
