Stoneside is a class act. Michelle's expertise and help made the purchasing decision very easy. Scott (the installer) did a great job installing the blinds. The blinds are fantastic. Overall I highly recommend Stoneside Blinds and Shades!

Installer arrived on time and explained the install process. Upon completion installer demonstrated how to open and close the blinds, then had me try. Asked if I had any questions or concerns.

Their service is superb. Starting with Caleb in the office to their technicians William and Dave, they are professional, competent and courteous—a very rare combination these days. Great company. Very happy with their products and services.

My first experience with Stoneside Blinds & Shades was excellent from beginning to end. From the personal sales presentation to the measurements through installation. The quality of the product is far better than any company I have shopped for.

From start to finish, everything went without a hitch. Lisa helped me pick out the perfect window treatments in creat colors and Rusty was a pro getting measurements and then doing the install. My windows look fresh and new.

I have worked with Melanie LeFur several times and she is knowledgeable, professional and has a gift for decor. The installation by Jon was seamless. He communicated before arriving, arrived on time and was incredibly efficient. He took great care to ensure everything was installed perfectly.
The quality of the blinds is outstanding and the service Melanie and Jon provided (and the office people on the phone) were top notch.

From start to finish the service was exceptional. The designer, Riley, was very knowledgable, friendly and listened to our needs. The installer, Shane, was on time, professional, knowledgable and friendly! He explained how everything worked and cleaned up everything. The blinds and shades are absolutely perfect ! I would definitely recommend and will be using them again!

Francisco -- with the initial install, he discovered that a couple of the blinds were not as ordered. He took care of re-ordering the blinds, and just installed. He's a great asset for you--friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and expert at installation. Minus two for not getting the order right, but plus two for sending Francisco, so five stars. Also, love the blinds we got.

We also appreciated that the rep that did our measurement visit was the same person that installed our beautiful kitchen window shade. John Shannon was great: He was efficient & patient w/our senior citizen questions. So impressed with our Stoneside team that I almost forgot to mention the beautiful craftsmanship of our new remote controlled window shade! Cesar installed my rolling shades yesterday. He was meticulous and thorough, making sure to adjust and synchronize the blinds after each installation for the remote control to function properly. Tommy, the sales rep was helpful and very transparent about the product. Very happy with how things turned out, thank you!

Melanie was amazing! She walked us through the process and was very knowledgeable! Joe was very professional with installation and took the time to make sure we know all about our shades. I highly recommend Melanie and Joe!

Stoneside provides amazing customer service. My housecleaner pulled out the charging cord on one of my blinds, and I was unable to reconnect it. I called for service, and within a few days, John was here exactly on time, fixing the problem in just minutes.

Great experience from start to finish!
The prices were competitive, production was quick and above all the service was first rate! The design consultant, the installer and the staff via phone/email/text were very competent and helpful.
Love my new solar shades!!
