SHOCKING QUALITY UNSAFE FOR CHILDREN
I purchased light grey porcelain gloss floor tiles from this company just over a year ago, and I am extremely disappointed with the quality. Despite porcelain being marketed as durable and hardwearing, the tiles have already developed multiple chips across my kitchen floor. This has not only ruined the appearance but also created sharp edges, which I consider unsafe in a family home with a young child.
When I raised my concerns with the company, their response was dismissive. They refused to accept any responsibility or even offer a gesture of goodwill, repeatedly pointing to the Consumer Rights Act and insisting that I must pay for an independent report before they will even consider looking into the issue. In my view, this is very poor customer service, particularly given the short amount of time the tiles lasted before deteriorating.
I would strongly urge anyone considering purchasing from this company to think carefully. The quality of the tiles has been extremely disappointing, and the lack of support or accountability from the business has left me feeling let down and out of pocket. AVOID

We’re genuinely sorry to hear about the problems you’ve had with your tiles, and we understand how upsetting this must be for you and your family. We have seen the photos you kindly shared, but unfortunately they don’t allow us to confirm how the tiles were originally fitted or cared for over the past year.
It may also help to note that mirror-polished porcelain, while very durable, does require periodic re-sealing in high-traffic areas to maintain its finish and protect against wear over time.
The Consumer Rights Act requires that after 12 months, customers provide evidence that any fault was present from the outset. This is why we’ve asked for an independent report - once we have this, we’ll be able to make a full assessment and do our best to work with you towards a fair resolution.

Thank you for your review. We’re very sorry to hear about the inconvenience you experienced with your recent delivery. We can appreciate how frustrating it must have been to have the pallet positioned in front of your garage and the difficulty this caused in moving it.
Our drivers are instructed to complete kerbside deliveries, and we do ask that they are attended so the placement can be agreed at the time. In this case, we believe the driver was aiming to make the delivery as convenient as possible. From the delivery photo we can see that while the pallet was placed in front of the garage, it was not obstructing the vehicle on the driveway.
That said, we fully understand the inconvenience this caused you, and we apologise that it impacted your appointment. We will ensure your feedback is shared with our delivery team so that we can avoid similar situations in future.

Do not come near ! Tiles are flaking and breaking and they won't replace/give money back.
Worst customer care I have ever had to deal with. We have spent a lot on the floor in our new kitchen and they are trying to blame our builders, even though the builders sent a full report on how the floor was fitted, as per as instructions.
Re your reply: we have offered you to come abd check the tiles, not judge it by the videos I sent. You never mentioned to bring a third party to check nor you never asked a formal report that now you claim my builder sent you a basic one. You were not very helpful with the situation and I think everyone should be very carful dealing with your tiles as it seems to be a hit and miss. If people have money to gamble on then thats up to them. I would like to warn everyone about your customers care. This is not the way to treat a customer who paid a lot of money on a product that keeps breaking!!

As discussed at length by email, after carefully reviewing your case, we want to clarify the following:
Your builder provided a basic builder’s report detailing his work, on the 7th of February 2025, however no independent report was supplied.
Our inspectors have reviewed all pictures supplied from the installation in June 2023 and have advised as there was lippage present from the initial installation, this has then led to further de-lamination over time. This points to a problem with the installation, rather than with the product itself.
We understand this is frustrating, especially after your investment in your kitchen, however as we have advised based on the information provided, the issues are caused by the way the tiles were laid and not the tiles themselves.

I ordered tiles from the stone & tile company and the service was fantastic from start to finish. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, organised, and really knew their stuff!
I was in a bit of a panic after another supplier let me down, but Sarah from the operations team went above and beyond to help. She organised an urgent delivery, chased everything up, and somehow managed to get the tiles to me even earlier than expected.
The tiles arrived in perfect condition and looked even better than I imagined. It’s rare to find someone who puts in that much effort to make sure things go right, but Sarah truly did. I’m so grateful to her and the whole team, and I’ll definitely be ordering from them again and recommending them to friends and family.

I purchased tiles from this company
I purchased tiles from this company. Received a box with a huge number of defects which I sent photos of. They sent some replacement tiles. There also all came with defects which I sent photos of.
I was waiting for a response regarding the second lot of defected tiles and didn’t realise it has gone into my junk. Replied, but because of the delay in me receiving the email (which I explained it has gone in my junk) they have refused to replace them or accept a return. I should note, the photos of the defects has been sent straight away it was a follow up email which there was a delay in response to.
They asked for further photos, I provided and almost every single tile has chips through the ceramic to the white on the surface or scuffs.
There response to the defects on their tile is that the edge chips won’t be seen (they will) and for the surface chips they’ve said the industry standard is to view tiles from a meter away so any defects which can’t be seen a meter away they won’t rectify. I’m going to put all the images on social media so people can see the kinds of faults they say is industry standard.

The chips you’ve mentioned are on the biscuit of the tile, which would not be visible once the tiles are installed and grouted. In relation to the face of the tiles, we want to clarify that we are not suggesting any faults are considered “industry standard.” Our intention was only to explain that the industry standard is to view tiles from a distance of 1 metre- we apologise if this was unclear.
We’ve since sent you a follow-up email with a proposed resolution and would very much welcome the opportunity to work with you to get this resolved as quickly and smoothly as possible. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re committed to reaching a fair outcome.

We had a few issues with damaged tiles…
We had a few issues with damaged tiles in one box. Got in touch to report the problem.
Sarah arranged for a replacement box to be delivered the next day.
Next problem, even though the replacement box was well packed on its own pallet they arrived broken in half. The courier had delivered them to our door with great care, as witnessed by a member of staff.
I can only guess, but I think the problem was probably caused at the courier hub and not during our delivery.
Regardless, once again Sarah acted professionally and promptly.
Replacements were sent again and this time managed to escape damage on the journey.
All in all nice product, but brilliant customer service warrants this review. Not something I normally do.

Absolutely first class customer service
I ordered just two mosaic tiles quite a while ago. It has taken some time to start refurbishing my tiny cloakroom and yesterday I found I needed one more tile. The delivery fee was very high but rang the company to see what they could do. Within minutes I received an invoice with a greatly reduced delivery fee, paid the invoice and received a reply stating the tile was on its way. It arrived today! The lady I spoke to was very polite and helpful.
The tiles are beautiful and top quality at a very reasonable price.
I can highly recommend this company. 5 star tiles and 5 star company.
