Sunny delivered my parcel on Friday with the utmost care and professionalism. He was polite, courteous, and genuinely a pleasure to deal with. His communication was brilliant throughout, he kept me updated when he was half an hour away and again at five minutes, which meant I could be fully prepared.

It’s clear he takes pride in his job. More delivery drivers like Sunny — well‑mannered, respectful, and committed to doing things properly — would make the whole experience of receiving parcels so much smoother. Absolutely outstanding service.

I was so impressed by Stop Start when they delivered my bathroom. The driver went the extra mile to contact me to ensure that I was available to receive my items and when I wasn’t at home he waited a few minutes for me to return after calling me to discuss. Great communication. Totally over and above what I’d expect!

Really happy with the delivery. My little one was sleeping and so I couldn’t open the door. I wrote down to use trade button and to call if any concerns. The instructions were passed on to the driver. They called when they were unsure of location which was appreciated as other delivery services tend to drive off instead of calling. They also used the trade button as indicated so it didn’t wake up my little one. Very happy customer, thank you!

Blu lion delivered on behalf of Plumbworld. Order was scheduled between 7.15 in a 2 hour timeslot. Order arrived just after 7.40 and was delivered by a charming young man who when I explained I was recovering from a fractured humerus went the extra mile and brought all 3 items into the house for me and placed them where I had indicated. He was pleasant and very obliging. Very happy with delivery. Good delivered with no visible damage to packaging but I have yet to check the contents which I don't expect to be damaged.

The driver went out of his way to make sure my packages were delivered carefully and securely.
He rang me to ask where I wanted them to be placed as I wasn’t In at the time.
He then moved them again when my neighbour opened my door for him to put them in the house

I had a delivery from StopStart today and it was the best experience I can recall from a driver. Bluelion called me prior to the delivery ,unloaded a heavy radiator and took it upstairs to my flat.What a star and so polite.
