Outstanding service and staff.
They were extremel9y helpful. Explained everything and accommodated my needs...we discussed safety as being deaf...l inform them when l come and when l leave the building...incase of fire etc. It was great having the van to take stuff from my house to the storage place. We had a great experience storing our furniture from our house sale. Keiran and his other colleagues were amazingly helpful. Explained everything in detail and showed us around and explained all the facilities available. We thought 50% off for the first 12 weeks is so good and helpful at an already stressful and expensive time when moving house. We would definitely recommend using StoreFirst at Ellesmere Port for all your safe, storage needs. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Great Company!
Store First have been absolutely brilliant. Great decision to use them and frankly they helped make the moving process a bit easier for me. Never pushed for anything, no hidden extras, called me back when requested to discuss storage and even provided a van free of charge so I could move all my smaller stuff to storage which spared me more than a few pounds with the removal companies. Still using them now and would recommend them to others.

Whilst we always have high ratings for our customer service at our Ellesmere Port store and our store staff follow an enquiry process, which is designed to not be aggressive or pushy, we have looked at your account and understood that you signed your agreement on the 6th October and did not move into the storage unit until the 24th October, therefore you had queried your move in date charges.
