Great facilities and deals
I've been storing with Storefirst Leeds since 2016 for a personal unit. The facilities are nice , clean and secure if you ever have any queries staff are always happy to help
Comparing the facility to a number of local competitors it blows them out the waters with the free meeting rooms , break out rooms and refreshment

Very friendly, helpful and efficient service. Very good offers and prices. The fact that you don't need to pay an extra month's deposit or give notice of leaving is a refreshing change from other storage venues. Also, any refunds due are paid within stated timescales. Store First will be my go to choice should I need storage facilities in the future. Many thanks.

Terrible, requested to change bank details for payment, they said this was done, it wasn't done at all, they took 2 further payments from the wrong account, had to mess around calling the bank to recall the payment. Don't recommend

As we didn’t receive confirmation or updated details, the existing card on file was charged to prevent any service disruption. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
