I have used the Mansfield Store First…
I have used the Mansfield Store First for many years. I have always had a choice of units, the monthly costs were explained and unit viewed before completing a contract.
All of the units are clean, easy to find and accessible via a lift or stairs, any time of day or night.
The staff are all friendly, professional and go above and beyond, when explaining the whole rental process, from start to finish.
I only have praise for the Mansfield store and staff and am always recommending to family and friends.

Pushy pressure tactics.
Will NOT be using Mansfield Storefirst.
When you submit your details for a price quote you have no choice but to give a phone number to get the quote.
I am pretty sure this may be illegal and should only be an *optional choice, not a requirement. An email isn't optional which is understandable.
This is nothing short of pressure selling tactics. So I have raised the issue with Trading Standards with regards to the excessive calls and the pressure tactics with the phone number.
6 calls in the space of 3 hours is NOT a follow up. It is bordering on harassment.
Judging by some of the other reviews, I have had a lucky escape.
One to definitely avoid!!

Thank you for your review however, we are not sure if you have logged your interest with other storage providers who have been trying to contact you in this manner.
We have a strict policy in place which requires the store to make contact within an acceptable time frame for those that have enquired, but we will not call repeatedly. We have no need to push our potential customers due to the offers that we provide being the UK's best storage package.
All calls / emails or whatsapps are logged on our CRM system and we monitor these.
Leeann, Jess and Jerome at our Mansfield store are really professional and do not push for sales. We are sorry you have thought this was Store First. We are happy to investigate further if you send an email to complaints@storefirst.com.
