Polite, and helpful staff. Easy booking in procedure, good price & very flexible. The units are clean and secured with a sturdy padlock for peace of mind. The security is excellent, screens monitored by reception.

Storage pods are tiny. Ceilings not high enough to fit my commercial fridges. Tiny narrow passageways. Not happy. Although staff members are helpful.

We’re glad to hear you found our staff helpful. We do want to clarify a few points regarding your experience. At the time of sign-up, multiple units were shown to you and a tape measure was provided to ensure your fridges would fit. You chose a 50 sq ft unit which unfortunately wasn't large enough for upright commercial fridges in the end. We explored alternatives, including external units, but these would have required storing the fridges on their sides, which wasn’t suitable. Unfortunately, we didn’t have any other units available to accommodate the size of the fridges upright.
We understand this was frustrating and we always aim to work with our customers to find solutions, but in this case, the size of the unit and safety requirements meant we were limited in what we could offer.
Have used these facilities on numerous occasions, would highly recommend especially if you are moving house as I was. Been a god send being able to move into my new property gradually, excellent facilities with 50% saving for first 12 weeks. Very friendly helpful staff, what more could you want.
