Thank you for your review. Whilst we always have high ratings for our customer service at our Ellesmere Port store and our store staff follow an enquiry process, which is designed to not be aggressive or pushy, we have looked at your account and understood that you signed your agreement on the 6th October and did not move into the storage unit until the 24th October, therefore you had queried your move in date charges. We have now passed this over to the regional manager to investigate further and they will be in contact.
