We've used Liverpool Store First for the past 4 years for my daughters university stuff and is alot cheaper than trailing everything back n forth to Derry 👌 brilliant friendly staff and very accommodating 👍 would recommend to anyone that's planning on going to University over in Liverpool for storage over the summer term instead of shipping stuff home 😉

The starter fee of £100 per month is really good. When it goes upto £200 per month, now thats steep. But the staff are great, the facillities are clean. And upto its been perfect.

Just to clarify on the pricing, the £100 rate is part of our 50% introductory offer for the first 12 weeks, so after that period the price returns to the standard rate of £200 per month. It’s designed to give customers a lower starting cost when moving in.

The staff at Liverpool are sound but I am sick of an assumed "ANNUAL PRICE INCREASE" without discussion or agreement. Will be moving storage next month

Great storage! Although, a bit further out of the city centre than we wanted, the included insurance and lock with no hidden extras was a selling point for us. Accessible whenever you want made moving in and out easier for us.

The way loyal customers are treated who not only pay on time but pay in advance is a joke. The toilets are always in a state. The kitchen on our side of the building is filthy and I have had 3 flat tyre's from screws that are constantly in the car park that no one bothers to pick up. The floors are dusty and don't appear to ever be clean and my unit is infested with woodlice!
