Great Storage store with excellent facilities, prices are very competitive compared to other Storage stores, A special thanks to Connor for his very good help and for the free usage of the Store van.Thanks again Connor.

Conor who dealt with us is very helpfull and polite and good at his job nothing to much trouble he goes the extra mile

Staff in store great.. otherwise would give zero

Thank you for your product review. As explained previously your missing parcel would need to be retrieved from the third party courier who picked this up and took it away. We believe this was an honest mistake, however, we would need you to contact them directly to retrieve it back. Store First provide the best service but in certain circumstances where third parties are involved, we have limited ability to assit. The store staff are great on site and run an exceptional store which is why you are still a customer :)

The customer service at StoreFirst is second to none, special shoutouts to Lewis and Connor, who I have dealt with several times in a short space of time. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Everything at StoreFirst is topnotch and I can’t fault them or recommend them enough.

Great experience!! Not pushy (like I experinced with another Storage place). Clear and open about facilities and contract. Welcome you on site to preview units. What they've said has been followed through. Free pick-up service and padlock is a bonus! Shout out to Connor who facilitated our pick-up service and move in. He was on time, reassuring, helped when needed, friendly and professional throughout the whole process. A credit to the company!
