It was my first time using a storage facility. Josh talked me through the process and also assisted with the moving of my furniture into the storage. He was very polite and extremely helpful. Once I had moved my furniture out of the facility, Josh carried out his checks and processed my refund immediately. I would certainly recommend the Preston Store First for any storage needs. I would like to thank Josh for all of his help, he's a credit to the company.

From my initial enquiry to loading day, they made everything so easy for me. Joshua was brilliant. Helpful at all stages. I felt confident in my choice. The storage building is immaculate, as are the units. 24hr access/security for peace of mind. Highly recommend.
