The staff are great. Overall very pleased so far. The site is also very clean.
We ended up getting three units as recommended by Chris as it worked out cheaper.
The paperwork and handover was done by Tamzin in a highly professional and friendly manner.
We are so please we chose this site.

Aside from an isolated incident on the day of your visit, when fast food litter was unfortunately thrown around the car park, the entrance area is not typically affected by rubbish. The site is checked and maintained daily, and since that incident we have also had our gardener attend to further smarten the customer entrance area.
Regarding the drains, periods of prolonged heavy rainfall can occasionally cause temporary overflow. However, following our most recent inspection by our pest control contractor less than two weeks ago, the site was confirmed to be in excellent condition with no evidence of vermin.
The security shutter you mention is opened during the day as part of normal operational use and closed outside of operating hours. Site security measures remain in place at all times.
We are more than happy to provide photographs of the loading bay and entrance areas if helpful, and we appreciate you raising your concerns so we can continue to maintain high standards across the site.
