The quality on their work is amazing and the shipping is really fast, also the packages came perfectly.

Yikes! I should've read the reviews for this before I bought but I really liked the product and took the risk. Don't. The item was "awaiting shipment" for over a month. I could no longer even access the listing (it just redirected back to the main site). I sent a message to the seller about a refund and never got a reply. Since Storenvy caters to individual sellers they don't have their own refund policy but rely on the sellers to set the policy so you can and will get scammed. The seller was specifically littleluxefashion in case that's helpful to anyone.

I ordered a book online; and as described, I received a download link and received my book. Outstanding service, same as ebay, etsy, offerup, but I didn't find my deal there. Thanks StoreEnvy!

This site and every single one of my experiences on it have been horrible! The customer service is completely awful, and out of my three attempts to use this site, never have I ever received a product! First time the seller completely ghosted me, and I had to get a refund through PayPal claims, and the other two times the seller never actually reached out to tell me that the item I wanted was out of stock, until I took the first step to message them. Despite that, the ‘out of stock’ items are still up in their store! A completely useless and unprofessional site, never using again!! 😡

I paid 15$ to get a cheap cd key for Nioh, a video game. The product i received was just a pirated copy of the game sent with a link leading to megaupload with a "serial number" (just a password to extract the files). There was nothing in the description, or title leading me to believe i wasn't getting a key for steam, or origin. Do not buy from this site. It's a big scam.

Horrible! Do NOT use this service. It is a total rip off.

I was charged, never received the merchandise, no response and no refund. Can't even log back into Storenvy. It's unjust and consumers need to no not to buy from their sellers. Now I'm out these funds and Storenvy is not responsible for the theft? Outrageous!!!

I would rate this site even less than one star if I could. I ordered a dvd from them..... it was supposed to be for Christmas but it came in February almost 3 months. The dvd was a blank disc... They had ripped the movie from a website onto the disc and the words didn’t even match up with the actors mouths... The cover of the dvd was clearly printed off in low quality. This website is not good. DO NOT, I REPEAT.... DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, it will be a waste of you’re time and money. Can I say that what they did to obtain this dvd was ILLEGAL?!! Storenvy is absolute garbage.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They charged me $30 and then immediately emailed me that they do not carry the product I bought. This seemed especially sketchy to me since there were 4 left in stock on the website. They offered to let me pick another product to replace it, and I said I would just like my money back. They went silent after that. Had to file a dispute with my bank and am now anxious, cynical of buying online, and out $30. Trust me, STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!

Horrible! The web page says the store is in California but it is actually in China. The wedding dress I ordered was COMPLETELY different from the one they sent me and when I wanted to return it, a chinese lady was replying to my emails and stopped doing it when I insisted on the return. I also tried calling the number they have on the web page and it was not in service. I am still emailing the lady and they have not replied since a month ago, wasted my money. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE!

I ordered two pairs of shoes from Storenvy. The online store through their portal was Eoooh!! store. First the shipping times were confusing and beware if you are ordering to receive it by a particular date. My shoes arrived a month after ordering. The shoes in the picture were dark grey and the shoes that arrived were black and white with the grey fur. It took 2 weeks for them to respond to my inquiry for return. And then another 3 weeks to actually talk about a refund. They offered some, then half of the money back. After another week of back and forth they said they would refund my $178 purchase but I would have to send the shoes back to China. ON MY DIME. The cost is more than I paid for the shoes. BEWARE and just shop elsewhere.

I ordered a wool jacket from Top-1-Street, a business on the Storenvy site. The Jacket came directly from China, complete with Chinese tags and labels, when the site said items would ship from California. The jacket was nothing like the description, the color was North Korean Army green when it was to be an Emerald Forest green, style was different as well, absolutely no shape or style. I have contacted the business three times and have received no response. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

This online service hosts fraudulent sites. My credit card was immediately compromised after using it. The charge for the product I ordered never even showed up on my card, but others did from very fraudulent sites.

I ordered two sweaters for Christmas on 12/7/19 was informed today after my 3rd email as to where my order was. If I don't receive my order by 2/24/20 to request a refund. This is absurd!!! This was a Christmas gift and I was informed when my order was placed that I would receive it within 7-10 business days. Obviously this company is mistaken and LIE!!! Don't order from this distributor they aren't equipped to fulfill a 2 sweater order.

Goods never arrived, the shop itself doesnt respond, and the Storenvy management doesnt care because they just " concentrating" the shops.

I ordered a coat from dfensembles online store on the 10th of December. I have been checking the order status ever since and it hasn't changed up until today 23rd December. I have emailed them 3 times and have had no response. Suggest you avoid doing business with this store, my girlfriend won't be getting a coat for Christmas!! Grrrrr

I ordered a product from INDIGO DREAMER through SE. NO RESPONSE, NO ITEM, NO EMAIL, NO RESOLUTION OF COMPLAINT. Filed a complaint with BBB and on the very next day I get an email saying the product was shipped and I would get a refund. NEVER EVER HAPPENED. DO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS HORRIBLE SHAM OF A SITE, EVER.

I bought a dress that looked really nice with a decent material so I purchased it and waited for 4 weeks and today I finally received it. I was excited to open it and try it on. As soon as I opened it, I was so disappointed, angry and mad at myself that why I trusted this website!

Was reading the comment complaints of Storenvy and I want to know why people are taking their complaints out on Storenvy? Because Storenvy is just the platform for businesses to have there online store and if people are having bad experiences then people should be contacting the individual store you bought a product from. This in no way makes Storenvy a scam. I think it's bad to be giving money to anyone and not get what you paid for. If they promised an email confirmation then they need to deliver what was promised. As a store owner myself, I believe in customer service and giving a customer what they paid for. I see this all the time people wanting to take their complaints out on the platform instead of the business they bought the product from and not reading the individual store's fine print and policies.
