Order canceled by seller, more than 2 weeks to be refunded.

I placed and order but heard nothing back. After more than 1 week I checked the order status. It was listed as canceled. (But I had not received a refund). I sent an email to ask for details, but got no reply. I sent another email and was told they would "look into it". I heard nothing for several days, I asked for an update.. no reply. I finally phoned and was told "we DON'T sell to private customers!" So why have I not been refunded?! .. finally about 2.5 weeks later my refund has be sent via Klarna.
