Their plans are not Transparent on…

Their plans are not Transparent on their website. The prices show for each plans are net amount & without sales tax & advance tax. They should have mention for each plan NET AMOUNT + TAX .
So no surprises beginning of the month when receive invoice for the payment

Posting this to share my disappointment and to warn others.

I paid StormFiber for a new connection on 6 Dec 2025 at 9 AM for D-Block, Top City-1. Today is 16 Dec and there is still no internet, no solid timeline.

First excuse was “7 days required.”, that too conveyed rudely after taking my money by female representative. That passed. Now it’s just one excuse after another.

This was a straightforward deal: I pay, you provide the service. Instead, StormFiber took the payment and failed to deliver anything.

Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
StormFiber needs to either install immediately or refund.

Posting this so others don’t fall into the same trap.

If StormFiber officially operates in this area, customers deserve honesty and timely delivery. If there are infrastructure issues, say it upfront instead of collecting payments and dragging people along.

I request StormFiber management to urgently resolve this or clearly communicate when the service will actually be provided. Silence and excuses are not acceptable.

Sharing this so others in Top City-1 can make informed decisions before paying.

I’ve been trying to contact Stormfiber…

I’ve been trying to contact Stormfiber since yesterday, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. Every time I reached out, I was told that “our team will visit you,” yet no one showed up. The person I initially contacted on WhatsApp didn’t reply and answer calls, and provided no update.
I even registered a complaint on a priority basis, but no one reached out to resolve the issue. The customer service is honestly pathetic . delayed responses, no follow-up, and no sense of urgency. Today they again said “we are near your area,” but this also turned out to be another false promise. Just fazool jhoot and excuses.
Very disappointed with the level of service. This is not what a customer expects from a company claiming to provide reliable support.

Pathetic service and after sale service.. Haram k paisa hain to yeh connection lgwana. After i complained like literally like 50 times , they only keep me connecting to billing department , then technical department and after lodging my complain they resolve my issue without even coming and lying that my issue is resolved whereas the issue remain persistent. PATHETIC SERVICE JUST LIKE TO ROB THEIR CUSTOMERS and you only get 2 or 3mbps service whether you have 20 mpbs pkg or 100 mbps package. PLSSSSSSS dnt use storm fiber very much disappointed. I had two connections now using ptcl flash fiber 10000% recommended

Disconnection Before the Connection!!!

Yup… you heard it right, people!!!

My journey with StormFiber was nothing short of a masterclass in how NOT TO deliver a service. After multiple “we promise, just a little more time” assurances and a glorious 15 days waiting period, absolutely nothing happened. No installation, no progress, no movement just promises floating somewhere in the void.

I paid the full amount in advance and that was a Big mistake. The service was never activated, the installation team never showed up, and my personal favorite sales person, who called me nonstop before payment, suddenly developed Olympic level speed in not answering calls once the payment went through. Truly impressive.

Finally, after wasting enough time and patience, I gave up and moved on to another ISP...one that actually believes in the concept of installation.

For anyone thinking of choosing StormFiber....please, do yourself a favor and think twice. Read the reviews, look at the complaints, and keep your expectations at ground level.

And if you still decide to go ahead, document every second of your experience and report issues through the official PTA channels. Thankfully, PTA actually responds, listens, and guides you...something I cannot say about StormFiber.

To current StormFiber users, you have my full sympathy. My experience felt less like signing up for an internet connection and more like entering the StormFiber Twilight Zone, where logic, timelines, and accountability apparently dont exist.

Worst technical support and internet service

Worst technical support and internet service ever. I have called them 25 times in last 4 days and they always say field team will contact you in few hours. The field agents assigned were named Sharafat Ali and Rehan. And the agents i talked to, i remember a few names, mubashir, obaida khan and a few others. They don't give the correct details and repeat the same thing over and over again like a broken record. And their supervisor either doesn't pick up the call and when he does he just drops the call. Pathetic customer service ever. This company will shut down soon if it handles things so unprofessionally and i know that no one in the company will take action about this cuz the whole management is like this. It's the 4th day still no one contacted me to resolve this,

Worst costumer service i have ever…

Worst costumer service i have ever experienced.
Dumb people not getting the issue.
My internet disconnect automaticaly at night and connect in the morning.
I complain for internet disconnectivity. They check it. its ok in the morning and close the ticket.
This keep on in cycle.

Poor QoS and unhelpful customer support. The support staff lacks technical knowledge and often leaves you on hold forever during the call. The ISP lags behind in keeping up with the latest tech and their triple-play service is sub standard. They use Huawei gear which is one the lowest quality hardware and copycats Western brands. Presently, there's basically no ISP that can provide end-to-end wireless mesh networking and internet speeds of up to 5Gbps in the country!

Worst service providers

Worst service providers, they charge ypu a thefty amount for installation, i switched from the other network just because they were not providing a stable internet but that was my biggest mistake, atleast they took the responsibility and did an effort to provide but stormfiber is just a headache, 7 days with no internet and they dont take responsibility at all. Their customer support is terrible, wont pick your call and if they do, they threaten they would hang up the call if ypu go against their management.. pathetic
