I only gave one star as I can't give zero!
I ordered a hot tub repair kit on the 12th of October. After three weeks of me chasing the order and no response from them their "customer service" team priocessed a refunded and told me they didn't want my business anymore! I paid promptly but they didn't sent the item and then were surprised I either wanted my money back or the item! Rude and useless customer service!

It sounds like you may be referring to stormsure.com.au. and we are Stormure.com.
We do not have any direct affiliation with .com.au. They are separate entities.
The products are ours however as we manufacture them in the UK and we have distributors all over the world.
We do not have any control over the .com.au site or their customer service.
We do know who it is though and I can get in touch with them.
Excellent Products & Customer Service
Advice required on the use of their product for a repair. Very fast friendly response by email. The company even did some tests to establish that the advice they were giving produced the desired result. Not many companies would do that these days! Repair carried out and remains good. I highly recommend both the company and their products. Thank you Stuart :)

Bought this product to repair a tent…
Bought this product to repair a small hole in a large tent.
The kit looks professional and the instructions are clear.
I followed the instructions to the letter, however after leaving for 5 minutes the tape had just curled up into ball.
Tried again same result.
Give it one last go and the same happened.
The surfaces were prepared as per the instructions.
It’s a shame as the reviews from other people show it does work.
Resorted to good old gaffa tape instead, looks ugly but did the trick!
@Stormsure, thanks for the response, the tent has been treated, but your instructions DO NOT explain this. The Gaffa tape stuck fine though🤷♂️

Hello Sean, We are sorry you are having difficulty with the TUFF Tape. This only ever happens if the tent has been treated with something, usually silicone or a silicone based spray (water repellent). Nothing sticks to silicone very well so I imagine this is the case.

Good product, you do have to adapt the damage to be repaired ,size of repair. worked well for me .

There are plenty of ways to contact us via the website using sales@stormsure.com or via the contact form available on https://stormsure.com. We of course are always ready and able to assist in any way. All orders we send domestically and internationally are fully tracked so we are able to see what has happened and in any case anyone does not receive their parcel then we send replacements straight away no questions asked.
