Sam Denham was our sales executive and was great from day one. Explained everything in great detail and offered support and advice when needed. She was always available to answer any questions... even on a Sunday! So far the sale has been smooth so big thanks to Sam.

The quality of the houses is exceptional. The finishing is to a very high standard, and the specifications are of a very high quality. However, the jewel is Sales Representative Tracy Kelly. She is so friendly, warm, polite, highly professional and very knowledgeable. Tracy makes you feel very comfortable and takes time to explain every detail concerning the properties, specifications, all the very important matters concerning the purchase process, documentations and legal processes, and risks involved in the transaction. Thus, you know exactly where you stand and you can make a very well informed decision. Tracy Kelly is an absolute diamond and she is an asset to Story Homes. We purchased a plot in chorley and we dealt with Emma and Sam. Sam was incredible when helping us to secure the reservation and also helped me and my husband get some incentives by pulling some strings.
Emma was just lovely and fantastic all through to the end. The story homes team is full of formidable people and I will definitely be buying from them again. It's either Story Homes or nothing!!!!

As a first-time buyer in Dumfries, sales representatives Fiona and Zara have both made the whole process so much easier and far less stressful for me. They have been incredibly kind, supportive, and informative throughout. Tracey and all the team have been brilliant. Very helpful and kept me informed every step of the way

The ceiling repair work was very well coordinated by Michael (Story Homes Aftercare) and was completed without delay. The repair work itself was carried out to a very high standard by Lee and the ceiling is now in perfect condition.

Michael helped to sort out our extractor fan issue. He constantly checked in and apologised for the delay in contractors. He then opted for another contractor to solve the issue quicker. He then checked in after the work had been completed to make sure we were happy with it. Thank you so much!

Paul came a couple times to fix our door.

Came on time.

Michael was always very helpful whenever we had any issues in our home. He was a pleasure to speak too.

We went on a site visit at Tithe Meadows to help us make an informed decision about the plot we want to reserve. We found this really useful, as we were able to see the size of the gardens, the views from the front and back of the house, drive size and the roads to and from the property. Tracey and Nathan answered all our questions, made the process more enjoyable by offering the site visit, as physically seeing the start of the house build is exciting. Thank you

Emma was incredibly welcoming and helpful during our visit to the Story Homes development in Coppull, Lancashire. She was extremely knowledgeable about both the properties available on site and the wider Story Homes portfolio, taking the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly.

Although we ultimately felt that the homes currently available weren’t quite the right fit for our needs, Emma remained friendly, understanding, and professional throughout our visit. Her genuine approach and excellent customer service really stood out. Story Homes are very fortunate to have such an exceptional team member representing them.

Tracey is one of the most helpful people I have dealt with when buying a new home. She is very proactive, quick to respond and very knowledgeable and helpful. Our site visit with the Site Manager and Tracey was extremely well organised. I would highly recommend the company based in my dealings with Tracey to date.

Emma has been fab in helping me and my partner decide on which home would be best for us. We couldn’t have asked for someone more knowledgeable to support us in the process.

From the moment we walked through the doors of the show home at Elmbrook, Coppull, Chorley. Emma Dwyer has been absolutely fantastic. Emma explained the entire process clearly and thoroughly, making sure we understood all of our options every step of the way.
At times, we probably felt like we were interrogating her with all our questions, but Emma has the patience of a saint and is always professional, articulate, and approachable. She supported us with choosing our kitchen, carpets, and wardrobes, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble.
We visited the show home numerous times, and every visit was welcoming, with Emma always offering us tea or cold drinks and making us feel comfortable and valued.
Emma Dwyer truly has exceptional qualities when dealing with customers from all walks of life. We were kept informed throughout every stage of the journey, and both ourselves and the boys are incredibly grateful for all the support she gave us. This level of care and customer service is very rare nowadays.
What stood out even more was seeing Emma provide the same level of attention and kindness to other customers whenever we visited. She is a real credit to Story Homes, and we cannot thank her enough for making our experience such a positive one.

We called into Edgehill Park, Whitehaven today and saw Laura and Sam. They were so welcoming and helpful. We had so many questions but Laura answered all of them. She spent time with us and was so knowledgeable. Both Laura and Sam represented Story Homes so well.
