Delivery issues with the fitting kit were chased up promptly.
I now have a Dik Guerts Ivar 8 fitted and working, months before local retailers could "fit me in". It is so controllable - I love it.

Good value and availability
Ordered the stove online for a delivery a month later to suit my schedule (the stove was available for delivery in 2 days). The stove was delivered as planned very well packed and has now been installed. Just waiting for a colder day to try it.
